Nutritional diseases are very frequent and the use of diets for their treatment is a fundamental tool "diet therapy"

With the aim of helping to carry out a correct dietetic education in different pathologies, the team of endocrinologists and nurses of the Clinical Nutrition section of the Svo of Endocrinology and Nutrition of the University Clinical Hospital of Valladolid, supported by the students of the Nutrition Degree of the Faculty of Medicine supervised by Prof Dña Angeles Castro and by diestists of the Research Center of Endocirnology and Clinical Nutrition have elaborated these diets that are being used routinely in our Health Area and that we want to share with the rest of health professionals and patients .
